"During this interactive presentation, theatre enthusiast Brian Stoll will discuss all things Broadway beginning with the history and importance of the Broadway Playbill. He will share his extensive collection of autographed Playbills and other theatre memorabilia. Lastly, Brian will share with you several money-saving tips on how to see Broadway shows for under $50." I bring with me my entire autographed Playbill collection (which continues to grow) as well as theatre memorabilia and antique Playbills for the audience to peruse. I personally have seen over 150 Broadway productions and rarely pay more than $50 a ticket!

During this interactive seminar, we will explore several black teas from origins outside of the traditional tea-producing countries. Learn what distinguishes these black teas from black teas in other countries, specific health benefits associated with black tea, and the history and lore surrounding the teas being tasted. Three teas will be tasted and discussed, which may include those from Nepal, Java, Kenya, Vietnam, or other origins.

Learn about the Non-GMO Project, a movement by the natural food industry whereby hundreds of food companies are informing consumers about how their products adhere to a new, higher standard. Gary will shed light on a Bill known as the “Dark Act,” which would deny Americans the right to know what is in our food. We will discuss how to preserve our food choices.

On Day 1 we meet and discuss topics like bullying, character, integrity, cyber safety, kindness, upstanding citizenry and the like. Then we learn how to make a movie in a crash course. Day 2 the students write their script in a guided exercise completely driven by their ideas. The successive days of the program sees the single group, or the three groups consecutively per day, producing their PSA or short movie and performing all the roles (directing, camera, doc camera, lighting and grip, set design/wardrobe and continuity, sound, slate, assistant directing and acting).
