Express yourself in words and with color! Discuss your emotions in a non-judgmental supportive environment as you use drawing and art as a positive outlet for relaxation. Discussion about how different colors represent different emotions. You will also learn about mandela designs and discover how filling in the designs with color are a form of meditation, expression, and inspiration.
