| Who Do You Think You Are, and Who (in the World) Just Said That? |
Health & Fitness- Other, Life Skills- Other, Literature- Other |
Using techniques adapted from Voice Dialogue, a therapeutic approach developed by Hal and Sidra Stone in the 1970s, we will elicit the various characters that contribute to who we are. This entertaining and often humorous group process will provide insight into the likes of the Vulnerable Child, the Controller, the Skeptic, the Seeker, the Critic, the Damaged Self, the voice of Desire, and others. This program can raise awareness and insight, and is not group therapy, or therapy of any kind.
