Come see why as you groove to the exciting, yet easy to follow rhythms of salsa, swing, reggaeton, cumbia, merengue, pop, tango and world music. You'll get a great full body workout and will learn all the happening moves. This class is fun, spirited, energetic and will make you laugh and shout! Taught by a licensed and experienced Zumba instructor, dancer and group fitness instructor. Bring a water bottle and low tread workout shoes.

This is a great way for new mothers to get moving again and meet other caregivers. Have a memorable time while introducing infants to authentic world music, rhythm and the joys of movement.

Zumba Kids is a specially designed dance-fitness program developed for children aged 7-11 and 4-6 (Zumba Kids Jr.). Weaving provides an interesting foundation for building knowledge, interest and appreciation for other cultures! In this hand-on, creative class, samples of functional and decorative textiles from all over the world will inspire your own miniature weaving. Basic techniques in weaving, knotting and embellishment will be taught. Finished pieces make great wall hangings, accessories, jewelry or furniture decor. Students can experiment widely or follow instructor's sampler. For beginner as well as experienced students. Class is taught by award winning fiber and visual artist/Board Member of the Long Island Craft Guild,, art educator and creative arts therapist.

Add a personal touch to your gift giving! Great for the holidays, or for any occasion, Japanese folded paper boxes are beautiful and can be made in a pinch to your desired size. In this beginner class, you'll learn how to fold your own classic Origami box, then transform it! Using water-based, faux painting,surface design techniques and a bit of bedazzling, you will create a unique gilded, textured box with a special tied closure and embellishing. Styling can be elegant, natural or funky! Examples and images of special boxes will inspire.

In this creative and educational workshop, participants will design and create a personal mandala drawing or painting. Images of Native American as well as Tibetan sand mandalas will be on view and participants will learn about their role in promoting world peace. Fine colored markers or watercolor, pen and design tools will be used/ Meditative music will create a relaxing, focused experience. Class is taught by Lauren Singer, MPS, ATR award-winning artist, art teacher and creative arts therapist.
