MAKE A SPLASH INTO READING AUTHOR STORYTELLING SHOW Literature- Authors,
Performing Arts- Storytelling,
Performing Arts- Literary Artists
I (the author), perform a high energy, dynamic, interactive, multi-media storytelling show encompassing my book: Kokopelli & the Island of Change. This book's nautical theme (complete with sea creatures, island living, and pirates!) fits perfectly with the MAKE A SPLASH AT YOUR LIBRARY theme! My show utilizes the ancient art of storytelling mixed with vocal sound effects and character voices, projected images of my book's illustrations, a native flute musical interlude that I play personally, as well as tons of audience participation. My show is hilarious most of the time, serious at others... this dynamic really draws the children in! I have performed this identical show at over 700 elementary schools nationally, with over 500,000 children of ALL AGES having loved it to date. I have over 60,000 copies of my books in circulation, so you're getting a best-selling author storytelling as well!
