The drawing game Pictionary is mashed-up with Relay racing. Teams play against each other drawing a "round of 12 cards". The typical "all play" category found in original Pictionary is replaced with current popular books, and their characters; the other normal categories of objects, places, celebrities, verbs are also played. The players hand-off the marker as a baton- and the first team to guess all their cards each round wins. Call for more info- as this one is a little involved rule-wise. losing team each round will have to perform some sort of physical exercise (jumping jacks, etc.). Team that wins the most "rounds" of play wins.

Physical fitness meets spelling! The fast-paced spelling/word find game Boggle is combined with the childhood game of Hopscotch. Two or more teams compete against each other to find words on the game boards- and they have to hop from letter to letter to spell out their found word. Each participant hops, spells, and is challenged to think and act fast! Team gaming.

Many postures are designed to stretch, tone and strengthen particular parts of the body, and students are encouraged to respect their own particular strengths and weaknesses while exercising. The ancient healing arts of yoga and meditation can help people to bring more balance into all aspects of their lives and thus, to experience radiant health and well-being. This program may be offered to students once or on an on-going basis.

He uses stories and songs to illustrate the importance of health and wellness -- not just for us, but also for our communities and surroundings, connecting our fitness with the quality of the food and water that we enjoy.

In this anti-bullying show, James addresses a serious topic in a way that's fun and engaging thanks to the amazing magic and lots of audience participation. James addresses various types of bullying, and addresses the question of why kids bully. James sends a strong message that victims need to walk or run away when possible, and then report it. “Telling is not tattling” when it comes to bullying -- it's an important intervention to help oneself or another person. The show also addresses the role of peer-pressure in bullying behaviors, since often a group of kids will gang-up to abuse someone. James encourages kids not be led into becoming bullies in order to please their friends.

Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a branch of yoga which helps regulate the nervous and endocrine systems, improves focus and circulation, and moves energy in the body. Each class consists of breathing, warm-ups, yoga set of exercises (kriyas), meditation, relaxation some singing and/or chanting. This yoga helps calm anxiety, stress, depression and transform old habits into a healthier lifestyle. Kriyas vary from class to class, so no two Kundalini classes are the same! Children and their caregivers will bend, stretch, kick and jump as they study traditionalChinese Kung Fu/Yoga exercises set to children's tunes with Chinese Kung Fu Black Belt Emily Ellison. Participants will enjoy exercising together as they experiment with martial art exercises and the elements of traditional ballet and modern dance. They will increase energy, learn real Kung Fu exercises and stretches to bring home for every day family exercise.
