Bunches of Bugs! takes children around the world with stories of all kinds of bugs from all sorts of places. Songs, rhymes, finger plays are part of this program which engages audiences of all ages. If performed in a library, books relating to bugs are pulled and called attention to. Handouts for parents are provided for continued involvement with books and stories.
Performances in Livingston County have been funded by the New York State Arts Council/Genesee Valley Council on the Arts.

Women have been 'underdogs' at many times in history, yet in folklore they are often the solution to the problem. These stories are a folkloric response to 18th century male beliefs of women's shortcomings, some humorous, some thought-provoking.
This program can be tailored for a variety of age levels.
