This class has a lecture and a lab component. We are surrounded by, infiltrated, and even share our genes with microbes. Are they friend, or foe? Are you on a quest to annihilate your best allies? Patrons will be introduced to the world of beneficial microbes and how they protect us and promote our health. Patrons will learn about different classes of microbes, their morphology, and learn how to culture petri-film, and test pH of various experimental mediums. Would compliment nicely with a reading of Sally Fallon's Nourishing Traditions, or Rodney Deitert's The Human Super-Organism.
