Program Information

Program name: Kundalini Yoga for Teens
Program category: Health & Fitness- Sports
Health & Fitness- Other
Multicultural- Other
Program length: 75 minutes
Audience level: Teens
Audience size: 40
Program description: Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a branch of yoga which helps regulate the nervous and endocrine systems, improves focus and circulation, and moves energy in the body. I've been a dancer my whole life, and nothing feels as wonderful as Kundalini Yoga! Classes consist of warm ups, timed yoga sets called Kriyas, relaxation, meditation and some singing and chanting. Kriyas vary from class to class, so no two Kundalini classes are the same! Taught by KRI Level 1 Instructor Leonora Knight (RYT) Fully insured.
Space/special requirements: Room for yoga mats. It is helpful to have a quiet area, however I currently teach next to a loud dance studio, so we make it work!
Travel restrictions:
Program fee: $201- $350
Is this fee negotiable? Yes
Mileage included? Yes
Notes about the fee: I live in LI and would need to book a few classes to make the trip. Same day bookings can be combined with Kundalini Yoga for Adults, Radiant Child Yoga from ages 2 - 18 or any of my other programs.
Other notes: Bookings can be combined with any of my other programs. Thank you. Teen and Adult Kundalini Yoga can be taught together.
